Challenge:

Successfully cover four days of activities celebrating the 100 Years of Caesar Salad at Caesars Restaurant and Revolution Avenue was a significant achievement. One of the biggest logistical challenges was coordinating interviews with chefs and important personalities without interrupting the continuity of the planned activities that required their presence.

We greatly enjoyed being part of this historic event for Tijuana cuisine and being able to capture exciting moments this weekend to remember.

Outcome:

‍1 video for media of 1 min, photographic package of 36 images, 1 video for RRSS (Deliverables per day) + 1 general video recap of the 4 days of the event.
